Let’s face it, getting older sucks. In our carefree teens anyone over the age of thirty was, well…just plain ancient!
Then the years turn into decades and before we know it, we are approaching ‘middle-aged’.
This realisation can be tough, especially for women but it’s not all bad – ok it is pretty grim – but it happens to us all, so to all those women over 40, go out, grab life by the cojones and be fabulous in your forties, nifty in your fifties and sensational in your sixties!
